Har du vært med på et internasjonalt ungdomsprosjekt? Vil du dele dine erfaringer? Har du lyst til å finne måter å øke det europeisk samarbeidet i din organisasjon? Søknadsfrist: 7. september 2006.

Målgruppe: Ungdomsledere og ungdomsarbeidere som har vært med på minst et internasjonalt ungdomsprosjekt og som ønsker å gjøre en innsats for at større deler av nærmiljøet eller organisasjonen skal nyte godt av erfaringene fra prosjektet.

Kurset varer fra 6-12. november, dvs. fem fulle arbeidsdager pluss reisetid.

Aim :
To define and use the added value of international youth experiences into the local community

Objectives :
To empower the participants to:

• Evaluate/identify the impact of an international youth experience
• Analyse needs, resources and potentiality of their organisation and community
• Promote of the European dimension within their organisation and/or their local community
• Multiply the impact of international youth experiences by taking action in the local community to use activities with a European dimension as a tool to improve the quality of the daily work with young people

In terms of possible concrete outcomes of this training course the following point are expected:

• Develop projects at local level within or besides the YOUTH Programme
• Enhance the European dimension of the organisation (policies orientation, regular activities...)
• Promote networks and co-operation among local actors working with young people
• Promote national support groups in order to build , also after the training course and in co-operation with their National Agencies, opportunities to support each other in setting and developing european minded actions

Means :

• Reflection on the impact of an international youth experience
• Exchange of good practices
• Analysis of the local community context and needs
• Analysis of the local/regional organisation
• Knowledge of the YOUTH IN ACTION programme
• Development of projects ideas for “European minded actions”

Target group:
Participants (youth workers, youth leaders, representatives from organisations/ NGO’s, local youth services) who have experienced at least one international youth experience (i.e. a youth exchange, an EVS project, an international work-camp, etc.) and are motivated to multiply its impact in the local community or in their organisation.

Participants:
25 participants from 8 countries, with at least 2 participants per country involved

Egeneandel: 1000 kroner. reise, kost og losji dekkes.
