Målet med seminaret
The main aim of the seminar is to promote contacts between participants from different Countries in order to stimulate the development of youth exchange projects among these organisations as well as:

• to get familiar with Youth in Action programme with focus on Action 1.1 (Youth Exchanges),
• to facilitate the process of finding partners for future projects between partners that are working with young people,
• to provide opportunities for learning about each other’s realities and exchange experiences in youth work,
• to acquire new skills for organising and implementing youth exchanges,
• to develop ideas for new youth exchange projects.

Hvem kan delta?
Participants should be actively involved in a youth organisation or youth group or in another institution in the field of youth work. They should be motivated to improve their knowledge and skills on youth exchanges, establish partnerships with other organisations and develop youth exchange projects.

In particular, participants should:

• be aged 18 or over,
• be able to communicate in English,
• have some experience in working with volunteers and organising international projects,
• be well acquainted with the goals of their own organisation or group and be prepared to present its work to the other participants of the seminar,
• be highly motivated to actively participate in the whole meeting and to contribute to the development of the programme and life of the group of the participants.

COSTS:
Reise og opphold dekkes mot en egenandel på 1000 kroner. Reiseutgifter refunderes i etterkant.
