EVS seminarer

Alle Aktiv Ungdom-volontører har rett og plikt til å delta på ankomstseminar, og volontører som har lengre opphold en 6 måneder har rett og plikt til å delta på midtårsevaluering, som arrangeres av vertslandet.

All EVS-volunteers have the right and obligation to attend an on-arrival seminar, and EVS-volunteers who stay longer than 6 months have the right and obligation to attend a mid-term meeting.  Those seminars are arranged by the National Agency in the host country.

Det er duket for årets EVS samling for vert, - sender og koordinerende organisasjoner.

Seminaret begynner klokken 12.00 den 2. februar og avsluttes kl. 16.00 den 3. februar 2012. Seminaret vil bli holdt på Rica Victoria Hotel, Oslo. Reise, kost og losji dekkes, mot en egenandel på kr 200 per person.

This seminar is for all incoming volunteers to Norway who have not previously participated in an on-arrival seminar.  The main objective is to introduce the volunteers to the host country, to the Programme and to inform them about the rights and responsibilties of the project partners as well as other practical information, f.ex. about their insurance cover.  The training allows incoming volunteers to get to know each other and to build a network. They will also be introduced to the Norwegian association of ex-volunteers (NEVO).

This winter’s mid-term evaluation will take place in Haraldsheimen Youth Hostel, Oslo 8^th  – 11^th  of February 2012.

If you are an EVS volunteer in Norway and your project lasts more than six months, and you have not already participated in a mid-term evaluation, please fill in the registration form and send it to us.
