Practical information for volunteers:

Your host organisation will make arrangements for your travel from your project to the place for the training. They will be reimbursed by us. If you take a bus / train / boat, remember to keep the ticket, and give it to your host organisation when you return from the training. Without this, we will not be able to reimburse them.

During the training you will get to know the other volunteers having arrived lately, you will meet the staff at the NA and representatives of the Norwegian ex-volunteer organisation (NEVO). You will receive practical information on Norway, on your insurance, on how to get your residence permit etc., we will look into the rights and responsibilities of the EVS partners and do some intercultural training.

The training is part of your EVS and is compulsory. We kindly ask you to return the enclosed registration form by e-mail to Einar Rafn Guðbrandsson.

If for some (good) reason you cannot come, please contact Einar Rafn Guðbrandsson as soon as possible.

Practical information for host organisations:

Please make the necessary travel arrangements for the volunteers as soon as possible, in order to get a reasonable price on the tickets. You will be reimbursed by the National Agency when we receive copies of tickets and/or receipts. Please make your claim to us on the enclosed form as soon as possible, and no later than 20^th May 2010.
